About Cyber Nation Central
Institutional cyber & AI governance intelligence for Boards & C-Suites.

Andrzej Cetnarski — Chairman, CEO & Founder
CEO operating judgment at the point where technology risk becomes an enterprise decision.

WHAT ANDRZEJ BRINGS TO CNC CLIENTS
CEO judgment under real enterprise consequence — including direct experience leading through a cyberattack and disinformation campaign that threatened the core of a company.
Board/C-Suite decision architecture — translating technical, legal, risk and market inputs into clearer oversight questions, decision rights, escalation and next actions.
Capital-markets perspective — connecting cyber & AI governance to diligence, disclosure, financing, insurance, capital allocation and enterprise value.
National-security and public-policy context — informed by Krach Institute Advisory Council service, Global Tech Security Commission work and Cyber Defense Advisory Council chairmanship.
Global investor and institutional perspective — from Boards and CEOs to policy, national-security, venture-capital, private-equity, banking and UHNWI audiences.
Decision-focused research — including peer-reviewed Board/C-Suite cyber-governance work and the CEO Method™ framework.
For nearly two decades, Andrzej Cetnarski has served in Chairman and CEO roles, beginning at age 32, building and leading companies across technology, investment and operating environments. That operating lens is central to CNC: cyber & AI risk is not theoretical when you have to make the decision, own the consequence and keep an institution moving.
Before founding CNC, he founded Rediscovered, chaired its Board and led the company as it grew to 725+ assets across 25+ countries and six continents. He has experienced cyber risk from the inside — as Chairman and CEO of a company confronting a cyberattack and related disinformation campaign that threatened the core of the enterprise. That experience informs CNC’s view that cyber risk is not an IT problem alone; it is a Board/C-Suite governance and executive-decision issue spanning resilience, reputation, privacy, third-party accountability and institutional continuity.
His earlier career combined public service, capital markets and operating leadership. He began in paid U.S. Congressional staff service in the Office of Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney, then built experience through Tokyo M&A and debt/equity capital-markets work in the Mitsubishi UFJ lineage, HSBC Financial Sponsors investment banking in New York, and McMaster-Carr, where he served as Operations and Turnaround Manager. He later advised on more than $8 billion of M&A, equity and debt transactions as an Investment Banking Officer at UBS across Global Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure and Global Technology.
Since June 2023, Andrzej has served on the Advisory Council of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue, alongside former heads of state and government, U.S. and international legislators, ambassadors and senior diplomats, CEOs, investors and national-security leaders. From October 2023 through January 2025, he served as Chairman of the Institute’s Cyber Defense Advisory Council, focused on cyber resilience, national-security strategy and Board/C-Suite cybersecurity governance. In 2024, he also served as a Global Tech Security Commission Member, Cyber & Data, contributing to multinational work on technology security, trusted technology and cyber/data governance.
His work and speaking have brought him before heads of state or government, senior Congressional and gubernatorial leaders, private-sector CEOs and investor audiences spanning venture capital, private equity, investment banking, hedge funds and private wealth/UHNWI. Across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, he has spoken on governance, technology, cybersecurity, AI, enterprise risk and the cybersecurity of investments and assets.
He holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School focused on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, national security and disruptive-technology policy; an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management; and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, with an Asian and European Affairs focus. He also holds an A.B. in Economics with Honors from the University of Chicago.

Build the governance fluency, decision rights and challenge discipline senior leaders need before the pressure is real.
Know what changed
Keep Board/C-Suite oversight current as cyber threats, AI, regulation and risk-transfer markets move.
Make governance repeatable
Turn sound decisions into shared language, escalation paths and repeatable institutional practice.
The CNC point of view
Cyber & AI risk becomes a Board issue when it changes what the enterprise must decide.
That is where CNC operates: between technical expertise and executive accountability, translating fast-moving risk, regulation and technology into the competency, current intelligence and institutional decision discipline senior leaders need.
