With over fifty years of experience as a business consultant and CEO of global companies, Mr. Ditri serves as Advisor to stakeholders of Cyber Nation Central.

First 20 years, worked with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Touche Ross and Company. Co-founder of what today is Deloitte Consulting and was then the newly-created strategy consulting practice of Touche Ross. A Partner for 14 years with the Management Consulting Division of Touche Ross. Consulting activities focused on operations management, company turnarounds and strategy development. Served clients in a wide range of industries including automotive, health care, financial services, retailing, as well as food processing and OEM manufacturers for a broad spectrum of consumer and industrial products. Also provided assistance to LBO firms in “buy and build” acquisition programs. Coached senior management teams through the resolution of major challenges, such as extended extraordinary growth, sudden significant declines in profitability, major organizational conflicts and Board of Director concerns on company direction or performance.

Second twenty years, President of Prodos Capital Management and Ditri Associates. Partnered with numerous private equity/financial service firms to acquire and restructure public and private underachieving companies. Private equity partners have included Arthur Goldberg, Sam Zell, and Hicks Muse, Tate and Furst. Follow-on activities involved the purchase and consolidation of “add-on” acquisitions. Acquisitions focused upon high value-added manufacturing companies of both consumer products such as health care, children’s play products and home maintenance as well as OEM manufacturers for consumer and industrial products.

As CEO of acquired companies, directed the identification, evaluation and negotiations to conclude the acquisitions. Then directed restructuring programs, upgrading management, development of new business strategies & day-to-day operations.

Current focus includes working with companies that are facing new challenges and are trying to adapt to changing economics and/or market conditions. Typical engagements will normally involve an initial period of analysis and conclusions, a phase to develop specific target programs and then, over time, coaching the management team in the implementation and fine-tuning of the improvement programs.

Founder of The Eagle Foundation, whose mission is to develop strong future leaders who are committed to “making the world a better place.” Ten outstanding High School graduates are provided four-year scholarships each year. They then experience a vigorous leadership development and mentoring program
throughout college.
